In general, all services are on a “cash” basis. Couples should be prepared to pay the total amount prior to starting the cycle. The actual start date will be contingent upon your financial obligation being met. Reproductive Partners offers two basic plans, itemized or global. If you use the global rate plan you will be eligible for the SUCCESS PROGRAM. We are also pleased to have two programs available through IntegraMed America: Infertility Treatment Financing and The Integramed® Shared Risk® Refund Program.

Itemized rates are broken down, usually for the purpose of obtaining insurance reimbursement. Only patients who have pre-certified insurance coverage will have their charges itemized. It is the patient’s responsibility to make sure the insurance pre-certification is obtained. If there is no insurance pre-certification prior to the start of the cycle, the payment-in-advance global policies will be used.

The global rate is a cash discount flat rate (can not be itemized) and does not include the cost of medications, supplies or additional procedures, unless specified. Only patients who do not have insurance coverage or whose insurance does not cover IVF are eligible to be billed directly for the global rate.

The SUCCESS PROGRAM is for those who pay our regular standard Global Rate for each of two complete cycles at Reproductive Partners, transfer all embryos from those cycles, including frozen embryos, without achieving a viable 12 week pregnancy. Your third IVF cycle at Reproductive Partners will be provided free for the same procedures as in the first two cycles.

Infertility Treatment Financing provides the most convenient, flexible and low-interest healthcare financing option available through IntegraMed Financial Services.

The Integramed® Shared Risk® Refund Program minimizes your financial risk by fixing the cost of treatment and providing a refund if treatment is not successful.
