Andy Huang, M.D., M.B.A., F.A.C.O.G

Dr. Huang

After graduating from Northwestern University, Dr. Huang earned his medical degree from Tufts University and an M.B.A. in health management. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as a three-year fellowship specializing in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at UCLA Medical Center, where he was Chief Administrative Fellow and recipient of the Outstanding Laparoendoscopic Award. Dr. Huang is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Huang has published numerous journal articles and text book chapters focusing on stem cell development, endometriosis and infertility, and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. He has also examined whether an association exists between genetic defects and pregnancies conceived through IVF.

For his research, he has been awarded numerous awards and has been invited to speak at both national and international conferences. He currently chairs local and national committees for the Society of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, American Society of Reproductive Medicine, and Pacific Coast Reproductive Society.

Dr. Huang is a fertility consultant for the Los Angeles Zoo and sits on its medical advisory board. He is also a reviewer for the journal Fertility and Sterility, a clinical instructor at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine, and was featured on ABC's Newsmakers for his volunteer work in Africa. He and his wife, Grace, are the proud parents of two boys and a girl.
