RPMG’s Dr Andy Huang and Carrie Wambach were named “Rising Stars” in the August issue of Los Angeles Magazine’s Super Doctors. Both doctors practice in the Beverly Hills/West LA office.
In Los Angeles Magazine’s January edition, RPMG’s Drs. David Meldrum, Greg Rosen, Arthur Wisot and Bill Yee were included in the Reproductive Endocrinolgy and Infertility category.
A tounge-in-cheek article in the New York Times examines the validity of Top doctor lists when the author’s relative was nominated for one of these lists. Only problem was that he had been dead for 16 years. All of our Super Doctors are not only alive and well, but also practicing. The only exception is Dr. Meldrum who retired in February, after the list was published in LA Magazine.
“I suspect we are left with only a single unarguable definition of a top doctor: one who is not on the bottom. Top doctors are, for instance, not in jail. They have valid licenses. They are presumably enthusiastic about taking new patients (although you can never be sure how enthusiastic they’ll be about their insurance). I used to think that at least they were all living and breathing, but now I guess you can’t be sure of that, either.”
