Egg Freezing Costs
The global rate for one cycle of egg freezing is $ 8650 plus the cost of additional procedures (if needed) and is paid as follows:
INCLUDED IN GLOBAL RATES:
BASIC PROCEDURES USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH IVF:
Starting at the visit to begin birth control pills or Lupron:
- Ultrasound and estradiol monitoring of egg development
- Egg retrieval
- Laboratory work including identification of eggs, preparation of eggs for freezing, materials needed for egg freezing including cryoprotectant, egg freezing
NOT INCLUDED IN ANY GLOBAL RATE:
PRE-TREATMENT PROCEDURES:
- Consultations
- Pre-cycle lab work including infectious disease screening
ADDITIONAL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CYCLE:
- Anesthesia for retrieval ~$ 580
- Medications (billed by pharmacy)
- Frozen egg storage
POST-TREATMENT PROCEDURES:
- Storage charges
- Thawing of eggs and procedures needed for creating embryos
First Day of BCPs or Lupron - $ 9320 (global plus anesthesia) plus additional procedures (if needed)
Note: If your cycle is cancelled in any global program, but have paid the full global rate, all services will be itemized only to the point of termination. Any payment on your account that exceeds these itemized charges will be refunded directly to you if you so request, or may be credited to your next cycle.
