Before using this Bulletin Board, you must agree to all of these Terms and Conditions of Use without limitation or qualification or you will not be granted access.

This bulletin board allows feedback to us and allows users to communicate with others. Responsibility for what is posted on bulletin boards lies with each user - you alone are responsible for the material you post. We do not control the messages, information or files that you or others may provide through the Site.

Any communication or material you transmit to the Site by electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like, is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. You agree that you will not send or transmit to the Site any communication or content that infringes or violates any rights of any party.

Anything you transmit or post may be used by RPMG or its affiliates for any purpose, including, but not limited to, reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast, and posting. Furthermore, RPMG is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in any communication you send to the Site for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, and marketing products using such information.

You should be aware that when you disclose personal information (including, user name, e-mail address, personal details about yourself, etc.) on the public areas of the Site (including message boards, etc.) you do so voluntarily, and that such information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other posters or parties.

Although RPMG may from time to time monitor or review discussions, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards, and the like on the Site, RPMG is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such locations nor for any error, inaccuracy, omission, falsehood, defamation, libel, slander, obscenity, pornography, profanity, or threat included in any information contained within such locations on the Site. RPMG reserves the right to deny access to the Site or any features of the Site to anyone who violates these Terms of Service or who, in our sole judgment, interferes with the ability of others to enjoy our website or infringes the rights of others.

You are prohibited from:

  1. Posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, abusive, hateful, pornographic, or profane material, or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.
  2. Posting or transmitting material that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others.
  3. Posting or transmitting advertisements or solicitation of business.
  4. Posting or transmitting chain letters or pyramid schemes.
  5. Impersonating another person or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  6. Distributing viruses or other harmful computer code.
  7. Engaging in any other conduct that, in RPMG's judgment, restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Site, or which, in RPMG's judgment, exposes RPMG or any of its affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, or Content providers to any liability or detriment of any type.
    RPMG will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing RPMG to disclose the identity of anyone posting or transmitting any such information or materials, or otherwise violating the above prohibitions or any state or federal laws.
  8. Interfere with or disrupt any servers or networks used to provide the Site or its features, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of the networks we use to provide the Site.
  9. Gain unauthorized access to the Site, or any account, computer system, or network connected to this Site, by means such as hacking, password mining or other illicit means.
  10. Obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through this Site.
  11. Gather for marketing purposes any email addresses or other personal information that has been posted by other users of the Site.

To access the bulletin board section of the Site, you may also be asked to register with us on the form provided and such registration may require you to provide personally identifiable information such as your name and email address. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site's registration form. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof).
