Dr Carrie Riestenberg, M.D.

Dr. Riestenberg completed her fellowship specializing in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the UCLA Medical Center, where her research has focused on endometrial receptivity, polycystic ovary syndrome and fetal and neonatal outcomes in pregnancies conceived through IVF.

Dr. Riestenberg did her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara.There,she was awarded the prestigiousKaiser Permanente Best Scientific Study of the Year awardfor her research on the effects of subclinical hypothyroidism on IVF outcomes.

Dr. Riestenberg has presented her research in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at numerous national conferences, including the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), Pacific Coast Reproductive Society (PCRS) and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG).

Complementing her academic achievements, Dr. Riestenberg has been universally recognized for her outstanding performance as a clinician, resulting in herinductioninto the Gold Humanism Honor Society by her peers for her outstanding patient care, leadership, compassion and dedication to service.

Dr. Riestenberg is passionate about patient educationand is committed to helping each patient achieve their family goals through informed, shared decision making. She lives in Manhattan Beach with her fiancé and enjoys hot yoga, tennis, running and spending time with her extended Family.
