Since we don't know yet if your husband has a blocked vas deferens I could not speculate if you could be pregnant.
But if he does not ejaculate sperm and your doctor thinks it could be a blocked vas, he needs to have a thorough workup from a urologist who specializes in male fertility. Even if he does have a blocked vas there are treatments that can help you get pregnant with aspirated sperm (PESA) in IVF.
