Morphology can change with time and is unrelated to the period of abstinence. Hi: Morphology issues can be associated with increased DNA fragmentation and the antioxidant vitamins can help with that. But in general we do not use that protocol for IUI cycles as we do not find that as effective as the injectables alone in an IUI cycle. Hi Rachel: Recurrent miscarriage is a risk as well as problems from antibodies that cross the placenta. Treatment of the antiphospholipid syndrome is usually anticoagulants. Steroids may also be used for the syndrome. I do not know of any evidence that intralipids have been shown to be of any value....
