Re: 18 years old with POF?

These are all great and pertinent questions that I do not have enough information to answer. But a consultation with a reproductive endocrinologist and further testing could provide some answers. I would certainly do a karyotype as one test. Your FSH is not in the range we usually see for premature ...

Re: pgd shows xxy

There is no easy answer to this; it has many ramifications and is something that needs to be discussed with your doctor to understand all the implications. The appearance of the blastocyst has nothing to do with the chromosomal make-up. In fact, aneuploid embryos sometime make the most beautiful bla...

Re: Gender Selection for Family Balancing

We do. The success rate in selection of embryo by gender is close to 100%. Your chance of having a successful pregnancy would be based on your age and other fertility parameters. But IVF/PGS is very successful if chromosomally normal embryos are created. See https://www.reproductivepartners.com/fert...

Re: UTI, Low AMH, TTC since 10 month

1.'Stop tracking ovulation(cervical mucus-BBT which I was tracking) and have everyday sex from Cycle Day 12 to 16 with complete abstain from sex 5 days before that (which I was doing every other day in fertile week without any abstain)' Technically it would be standard advice for someone 27 to try f...

Re: UTI, Low AMH, TTC since 10 month

What you have had done so far sounds OK except we usually like the TSH to be 2.5 or below. But your evaluation is not complete and since you have been trying for almost a year I suggest you see a real infertility specialist to complete the remainder of the work-up and start treatment if necessary. Re: Follicle Size/Uterine Lining

30 mm is not abnormal for. Clomipene cycle. Clomiphene follicles are generally larger t maturity. The endometrium thickness is based on the measurement on the day of trigger and in fact it may get thinner under the influence of progesterone. Nothing you can do about it now but this cycle could still...

Re: Pelvic Ultrasound

It's impossible to evaluate an ultrasound report without any clinical information even like why did you have two ultrasounds within a short period of time. What was the concern that led to the ultrasounds? Besides I really can't give opinions in this venue; just answer general questions. Arthur L. W...

Re: Chronic Endometritis

The chances of a successful conception would probably be greatly reduced if the endometritis was not successfully treated.

Re: Chronic Endometritis

It's possible. But miscarriages are not usually treated with antibiotics. I would suggest you stop focusing on the cause because there is nothing you can do about it now even if you did know the cause, and concentrate on moving forward to a successful outcome. Arthur L.
