Hi Rachel: Recurrent miscarriage is a risk as well as problems from antibodies that cross the placenta. Treatment of the antiphospholipid syndrome is usually anticoagulants. Steroids may also be used for the syndrome. I do not know of any evidence that intralipids have been shown to be of any value....
