I just completed my transfer recently and am in the 2ww taking Endometrin supplements. The past few days I have had extremely severe constipation - just painful and very uncomfortable - even just getting up and walking around. My acupuncturist recommended I take the stool softener Colace but I accidentally took Peri-Colace instead (two pills) because I had it at home and I thought they were the same thing but the one I took contains Senna - a stimulant laxative - I did experience some abdominal cramping and some relief in the morning but could this have caused uterine contractions strong enough to prevent implantation? I feel like I have ruined the possibility of implantation and not to mention this cycle from the mix-up!
