Hello Dr. Wisot,
Do you work together with an acupuncturist? What do you think about the supplement coenzyme q10 for woman over the age of 45 years old. I am 47 and would like to have children with my husband, and have tried a few IVF cycles, with my own eggs, but now am considering donor eggs? But I keep hearing hopes about using my own eggs. What do you think?

We do work with acpuncturists and studies have shown a small benefit to patients using acupuncture. Co-enzyme Q10 may also be beneficial.
As far as being hopeful for using one's own eggs at 47, I'd have to be pessimistic.
But egg donation could turn it around and make you the most likely to succeed.
