I have 3 frozen blastocysts with 3bb rating. They are from a fresh cycle that resulted in twins egg age of 34. I just had an unsuccessful frozen transfer of my 4aa embryo. Is there any hope of success? I am 38 hx of endo pcos and uterine septum removal with a trans abdominal cerclage. Also hoping to do natural frozen cycles with no pio. Any hope or advice?

Hi:
Sure there is hope for embryos at a 3 stage and "B" quality. It's really hard to predict which ones will work; sometimes the "A"s don't and the "B"s do.
Since the "A" did not work maybe have them check out your endometrial cavity with a sonohysterogram if they haven't done it already. Also,I would recommend a vaginal progesterone like Endometrin if you do not want to do shots; it may also help.

I had a hysteroscopy the month before and biopsy. Thanks! We are moving to Redondo Beach in July. So I really appreciate the quick response and info on this site.
