swimming after IVF?

Hi,

I've read some online fertility boards and there seems to be mixed opinion about going in the water (chlorine or ocean) post-IVF transfer. I am a patient at your San Diego office, and they indicated that as long as I don't push it too hard swimming and other light exercise should be fine. Do you have any thoughts about issues regarding swimming/water? Is there a risk of infection after the transfer? I'd love to get to the bottom of this, as I am an avid swimmer, and would like to hold onto at least one of my regular stress-relievers during this fertility process...
