I would like to come in November for IVF with gender selection. It will be our first child but we it would be family balancing within my husbands nieces and my brothers nieces. I have three weeks off in November. would it be possible to get everything done in the 3 week period.

That's probably not possible because with the current way we usually do it, you would be stimulated in a cycle with a retrieval, grow the embryos to five days, do the biopsy and freeze the embryos. The transfer would be done a month later. See our pages on PGS.
It is possible to do the transfer in the same cycle for sex selection and if you don't count the three to four weeks on the birth control pill and Lupron, it could get done in three weeks from the start of the stimulation meds.
