Hello ,
I have been treating for ashermans syndrome for past 4 years in India . My medical history as follows. Please advice me whether can I get pregnant or to go for surrogacy or adoption. Kindly suggest me.
Aug 2009- underwent histroscopy and laparoscopy for fibroid removal.
Sept 2009- 1st IUI
Oct 2009-2nd IUI
Nov2009 -3rd IUI
Dec 2009 -4th IUI ( conceived but blighted ovum)
Feb2010- terminated blighted ovum
From march 2010 to May 2010- no periods
May 2010- 5 th IUI done without getting periods
From may 2010- aug 2010- no periods
Aug 2010-Went to Apollo for second opinion
Apollo hospital (first med) - Dr. Nirmala jayshankar.
Aug 2010- detected Ashermans syndrome . Done histrolap and removed adhesion. Inserted stunt in utreus for three months. Normal periods.
Nov 2010 removed stunt
Feb 2010 to march 2011 -scanty flow.
March 2011- Intra uterine adhesion in fundus level of utreus.
Hystereoscopic adhesiolysis done.
April 2011 to oct 2011- scanty period flow. No improvement in utreus lining.
Nov 2011- Doctor suggested for MMM hospital.
Dec 2011- MMM hospital , Dr. Thangam varma, Dr. Kundavi.
Dec 2011- hysteoscopy /dummy ET done
MMM doctor suggested for Ayurveda treatment to improve endometrium lining for 3 months- jan 2012to march 2012
April 2012 to June 2012- treated for ET in MMM hospital.
June 2012- IVF treatment. 6 embroyo. Not able to transfer embroyo due to cervical stenosis
July 2012- widening of cervical stenosis done by doctor Joseph kourian.
Oct 2012- IVF done. 4 emboryo transferred resulting in low pregnancy.

It sounds like you tried everything to correct this very difficult problem. Given these facts if you were my patient I probably would be recommending you use a surrogate.
