Estradiol Level on Day 4 of blastocyst ET

Hi,

I am on day 4 of blastocyst transfer. My Estradiol (E2) is 164 pg/ml and Progestron (P4) is at 32 ng/ml. I am taking vaginal pessaries, s/l tablets and progestro oil inj.

Does above numbers indicate any thing about pregnancy / implantation?
What should me ideal level of E2 and P4 on day 4 of transfer?

We don't even check E4 and P4 at that time.

It says nothing about pregnancy. If it did they would call it a pregnancy test.

You are on supplements so don't obsess on it. The stress is not good for the cycle. At the right time get the pregnancy test.
