Hi,

I had 5 day blastocyst transfer on Feb-18. My Dr advised me to carry out first beta on Feb 26 (i.e. tomorrow)..

Which value i should consider as +ve pregnancy..., my doctor is in another country and unable to reach so confused....

That's 3 days before we usually recommend it be done for a predictable result. On Day 16 we like to see 100 or higher. Figuring the doubling I would like to see a 25 or higher on Day 13 but over 5 is usually considered technically positive.

I got value of 131.24 on day 8 of 5 day blasticyst transfer, is this good value?

Is this still required to repeat the test?if yes then why?
Is this value detectable in Urine?
