After one successful IVF Cycle with OHSS which resulted in our Daughter Tahlia (22 Months) we have tried with Two Unsuccessful FET Transfers to have another child. We have one Day 3 Embryo Left
(Frozen) I have Diabetes Type 1 and Hashimotos Disease My husband had a Vasectomy 14 Years ago. Are we better off Trying a Fresh Cycle again or Trying with the Last FET Transfer??? Is There anything I can do to Help either option work?

Hi:

With only one third-tier embryo left and two previous FETs that did not work, I would probably be recommending a fresh cycle and create more embryos to add to that last frozen one. If you want to take a long-shot to avoid a fresh cycle go with the single embryo FET.

Good luck.
