tube blockage question

Hello,
Thank you for having such an informative forum. I am so glad I found this website.
I am 38 years and have been trying to get pregnant for 2 years now. I have endometriosis (stage IV) and had several procedures done this year - 1 hysteroscopy surgery, 2 laparoscopic surgeries, 3 HSG, 1 essure coil inserted to remedy this disease.
Unfortunately, my left fallopian tube is still blocked and fused together (ovary, tube, broad ligament) and encased into my pelvic area. The goal of the last laparoscopic surgery (3 days ago) was to close off the left tube, however this was not accomplished as my dr. could not differentiate among these organs (tube, ovary, broad ligament). Fortunately, my right tube is normal. :)
So, the suggested treatment was to re-insert an essure coil to block off the left tube. I am not in favor of this option, as I have had it inserted before and the coil was removed. The essure coil perforated my left tube and was sitting in my uterus. This caused a lot of abdomen, back, and migraines for me. I do not want to repeat this again. What are my other options at this point? Am I still a candidate for IVF? Or IUI?

The only reason to block the abnormal tube is if it is a hydrosalpinx and then there is good reason as if you don't redo the Essure your chance of a successful pregnancy would be cut in half.

In a 38 year old trying 2 years, stage IV endometriosis and multiple surgeries I would not spend time with IUI and go right to IVF in a freeze all cycle and frozen embryo transfers because of the endometriosis. :!:
