I run/walk 2 miles every morning and am wondering if I should stop during an IVF cycle. I keep reading that you're supposed to keep your heart rate down and not do anything that makes you sweat. Is that true?

Hi:
I usually recommending stopping strenuous exercise starting with the stimulation because we want all your reserves to go into your reproductive system. It's really not about sweating or heartrate. Light recreational level walking is usually OK but check with your doctor.
