Blood filled cyst

Day 2 ultrasound showed fully blood filled cyst of approx. 3.8cm. Can you continue with IVF or will this be a problem? Will the cyst soak up all the IVF drugs?
I really can't say without seeing it myself. But generally we want the ovaries to be as clean as possible.
