I went for my lining check yesterday and a large follicle was found. I thought that would mean my cycle would be cancelled but when I was called with my blood test results later in the day, I was surprised to find out we were going forward. My progesterone was .2. FET scheduled for Tuesday.
Is it possible for the follicle to have any detrimental effect on the cycle?
What happens now that I have added progesterone? Will it make ovulation occur?
If I do ovulate between now and transfer, what happens?
If I don't ovulate, what happens to the follicle?

Not unless it produces progesterone before you start taking it.

It should not affect ovulation.

Nothing since you will be on progesterone.

It will just stay there and usually not be a problem.
