Egg Donation--- pregnancy question

I am an egg donor, had 32 eggs retrieved.
To prevent hyperstimulation, took ganirellix 3 days after.
Then, six days after retrieval (3 days after last dose ganirellix), had unprotected sex.
Took plan B, but not until 24 hours after having had sex.
Question is—is there any chance at all I could have gotten pregnant?

One can never say never (no chance) but it would be highly unlikely as the ganirelix would interfere with the progesterone production and the Plan B would adversely affect the lining.
