Progesterone Supplementation

I underwent a medicated FET yesterday. I am taking endometrin 100 mg vaginally 3x per day. Yesterday I completely forgot to take my evening dose of endometrin (I did take the morning and mid day doses). I also took it first thing this morning. I would like to know how long endometrin stays in your system and if my mistake will have an affect on my transfer.

The Endometrin is absorbed locally into the uterus and endometrium and should provide a constant effect. So there is no test for it to know how long it "stays in your system" or whether the interruption in the constant effect will be detrimental as the specific issue of missing one dose has probably not been studied.

But three doses a day fills the complete need for progesterone so hopefully there is some overlap.
