Decapeptyl after embryo transfer

Hi Doctor, I had my ET 3 days ago on Wednesday. My doctor has recently started to use decapeptyl 0.1 ( triptorelin) to improve implantation. told me to inject it 5 days after ET. All thearticles I've read says 3 days after ET. Any ideas? please answer asap as today is day 3 from ET
