Bleeding

Hi Doctor
I had a Frozen Embryo Transfer on 26 January 2016 at where 2 embryo's were transferred
1st embryo: 1xXB/1
2nd embryo: 1xXB/2
I had my pregnancy blood test yesterday 9 February 2016, 8.25am
The result has come back positive with HCG level at 3823
Second HCG blood test done on 11 February 2016, level at 9174
On 13 February (5 weeks 2 days pregnant) I started bleeding at around 6pm. There was no clots or pain but more of a blood flow when urinating
Today 14 February there hasn't been blood but just brown like discharge
What has happened?
