Endometriosis - single or double FET

Hello,
I am 36 years old and I have stage IV endometriosis. I underwent two surgeries, a three-month-long hormonal treatment and one failed IVF (with one fresh 5-day embryo, ICSI method was used). Tommorrow, I am going to have a FET and since my embryos are frozen in straws of two, it was recommended that I have both transferred at the sime time (especially due to the risks involved in refreezing and rethawing of one of them later on). I am afraid that this might lead to my getting pregnant with twins which, I think, is not such a good scenario for a woman with severe endometriosis. What is your opinion on this? Thanks a lot!
