Dear Doctor,
I have never been pregnant before, I have gone through 2 failed IVF cycles, every time the follicles were empty, the my doctor tried changing the timing and dosage of the trigger injection pregnyl,
what do you think i should do now? i live in Amman, Jordan (in the middle east), do you have any advice? or any place i can go to who are specialized in empty follicle syndrome?

Empty follicle syndrome is a rare occurrence in which no eggs are retrieved from mature follicles during in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment. Some strategies that have been used to prevent recurrence are changing the dose and/or timing of the trigger injection and changing the IVF stimulation protocol. These strategies may not always be successful, but I would recommend speaking with your reproductive endocrinologist about them.
