FSHR 680 A/A

Hello Doctor,
We undergone IVF ICSI treatment but first cycle result negative , and doctors advised that due to FSHR 680 A/A problem we could not able get positive result.
In process of IVF treatment , 20 eggs were obtained out of them 13 formed as embryos but later stage only 5 embroys(2 grade 1 , 2 grade 2 & 1 grade 3) survived and all the embroys transferred into the uterus.
So , please advice regarding what is FHR 680 A/A.
