I had my AMH levels tested and it has come back 22.93. It references normal levels are .76-11.3. How come mine are so high and what does that mean for my infertility. I have been diagnosed with PCOS already. We did a hybrid process in 2015 and got pregnant on the first try. Does this high number mean we won’t be able to have more children ?

Thanks
Brittnii

This is not bad news. It is probably so high because of your PCOS and you have very many antral (early) follicles. That's a good thing and very amenable to treatment. That high number probably means you can have as many more children as you want.
