I was diagnosed with Polycystic ovaries when I was 14/15 and since been discharged , I was quoted to have a beautiful and healthy womb I am now almost 20 and with my fiance 3 years and having trouble becoming pregnant , I don't understand as I have been told I am full fertile and healthy with my ovaries and womb? I downloaded a Period tracking app and my period is bang on with the predictions , can someone please help me or what can I do to increase my chances off pregnancy

Your difficulty concieving may have nothing to do with the previous diagnosis of PCOS.

At your age with regular cycles and properly timed intercourse you should get pregnant quickly. I don't know how long you have been "trying" but if you're concerned it's time to see a fertility specialist to do some tests on you and your partner to see if there is a problem.
