Sperm analysis results, need advice

Hello! I need some help assessing these results. The doc said that the only issue I have is morphology but I want to confirm if this is true, and if it is, what can I do to increase it. I have stopped drinking the past few weeks and I started taking CoQ10. Wanted to know if there is anything else I can do to increase better morphology.

Count is 48 million which is good, they look for over 15. Motility is 47% which is fine they look for over 40%. Progressive motility is 40% they look for over 32%. The problem is morphology. Anything under 15% is abnormal and yours is 4.5%

Thanks!!!

The most important analysis is the strict morphology. The new normal for strict morphology is 4%, the older normal was 15%. If yours was a strict morphology you are borderline.

See a specialist in male fertility and make the lifestyle changes. There could be a physical reason for the borderline strict morphology.

It appears that there are just a handful of sperm present and this is a problem. You need a complete evaluation by an expert in male fertility to repeat it, find the reason and hopefully a fix.

Let us know what the evaluation shows.

Before you can fix it you need to have it evaluated to find out the reason, i.e. genetic, obstruction.

There is nothing you can do yourself; you must see a specialist in male fertility to make a diagnosis first.
