Just Married.. TTC for over a year

My husband and I recently were married, but we’ve been trying to conceive for over a year now. I am running out of options and trying to avoid the doctor as much as possible. We did have one pregnancy around September/October, right after our wedding, however I miscarried and got my period 2 weeks later. I’m just so down and all I want is to have a baby. Any advice?

We are sorry to hear that it’s taking a little longer to conceive than expected. You are not alone. On average 15% of couples have not conceived within a year of trying. At this time it’s not inappropriate to consider meeting a fertility specialist. We are all very nice. When we meet we will always try to figure out the easiest and most natural way for you to conceive. Often times during the diagnostic month we find something rather easy to correct and will address that immediately. During the diagnostic month we will assess sperm, tubes, uterus, ovulation, and ovarian reserve. The fact that you conceived once before is reassuring. We look forward to helping you conceive again soon.
