I was on Depo for 2 years with no period, and still have no period... Ive been on other birth control pills, nothing brought it back, and caused me lots of pain, I also have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, my fiance was told he cant have kids, low sperm count, What can I do to get back my periods and ovulating? and whats best for him to do?

Both lupron and birth control pills can keep you from having a period. Also, women with polycystic ovary syndrome can have infrequent periods. Since you have PCOS and your fiance has low sperm count, I would recommend that you see a fertility specialist to go over your options. There are many treatments available, so don't lose hope.
