I had a hcg levels of 334 (9 ) days past my blastocyst 5 aa embryo transfer ( Thursday ) plus it showed positive on home pregnancy test 8 days past the transfer

. They retested me on Monday it came back at 2159!!! Do I Need to re test it again ? I'm about 4 weeks pregnant
I'm very anxious and nervous about going a week with no testing ..
My next step is ultrasound . What should I be seeing on the ultrasound and why aren't they retesting ny hcg ???

At this point with good rising numbers most doctors would not do more hCG levels. It is now the ultrasound that counts.

In the first ultrasound you should expect to see one or two gestational sacs; no heartbeat yet.
