Hello,

I recently had two pelvic ultrasounds- 8 weeks apart approximately. I received the report but wanted your opinion if anything is looking 'off!' and whether it warrants further testing/biopsy etc.

first ultrasound:
Uterus: 10 x 4.3 x 5.6 cm
Endometrium: 1cm AP thickness. color doppler negative. seperated by tiny silver of fluid in the fundus.

second ultrasound:
uterus. abdominally the uterus measures 8.6 x 4.8 x 5.9cm
myometrium: myometrium is heterogenous no fibroids are seen.
endometrium : endometrial echocomplex is 0.8cm. few small nabothian cysts are seen in the cervix
cul-de-sac- no free fluid

thank you so much!!!!

It's impossible to evaluate an ultrasound report without any clinical information even like why did you have two ultrasounds within a short period of time. What was the concern that led to the ultrasounds?

Besides I really can't give opinions in this venue; just answer general questions.
