Gender Selection for Family Balancing

Do you perform gender selection for family balancing? I have 3 girls and would like a boy. I will be 38 and have had no fertility issues. If you do perform this what is the rate of success?

We do.
The success rate in selection of embryo by gender is close to 100%. Your chance of having a successful pregnancy would be based on your age and other fertility parameters. But IVF/PGS is very successful if chromosomally normal embryos are created.
