What are my options?

Hi,
I am a new mom to an eight month old now baby who is the light of my life. She was a high FSH baby (FSH was around 11-12) conceived on my first try with natural IUI (donor sperm since I was single).
Right now I'm worried about perimenopause since I've stopped breastfeeding about four months ago and my periods have come back all wonky. The first cycle came after weaning, then was 31 days, then 28 (no signs of ovulation), then 24, and now no signs of ovulation and I'm on CD 22. Before I was a totally regular 28 day girl. I'm also having piles of hot flashes and night sweats, but I had these even before pregnancy (although they seem worse now). I had my FSH tested a couple months ago and it was 12. My antral follicle count was 7-8. All on day 3. I had my AMH tested before conceiving and it was borderline. I don't want to pay to get it retested, really.
Since I'm only 30, this is upsetting I was going to try to freeze my eggs or embryos since I am single but I'm worried these irregular periods spell the end. I was also considering natural IVF since I wouldn't make too many eggs anyway. I can't afford to have another one right now (on my own), but would love to in the future. Do you think it's too late for me to ever have another one? Have women conceived later down the road with irregular (possibly perimenopausal) cycles?
There aren't a lot of good doctors on this topic where I'm from up north.
