Is there anyway of extracting sperm from a male with 46,XX male syndrome?

These genetic issues can be complex and not everyone with the syndrome will have the exact same expression of the symptoms depending on the exact crossover of Y material into the X chromosome. In the classical definition there would be no sperm. But an examination by a urologist who is a fertility expert and possibly a biopsy of the testis would give you a definitive answer for the affected individual.
