Lupron false postive ovulation tests?

Can Lupron if used for 3 days with the flare protocol with gonalf cause false positive ovulation tests? Stopped the lupron yesterday still on the gonalf and now the ovulation tests are negative? Took ovulation tests on day 2 and 3 of taking Lupron and was positive. I don't want to sound stupid 
and ask my RE about the ovulation tests being positive those 2days if this is normal, which I suspect, but I just wanted to see if anyone knew anything about it.
