I have had three sprerm count analasis. They all range from 100k to 300k with a motility of 30% and they said something about 1plus after telling me the motility. The urologist looked at me and said that my testes were 10-12 in size were 22-24 was average. What are my options in raising my count? is it possible to concieve naturally? Ive also heard that i need to seek an accupuncrurist? i have no idea what that even is!

First they need to find out why your count is so low and your testes are small. Most likely it's hormonal or genetic. Once the cause is found they can advise on treatment.

Acupuncture is not likely to be helpful in this situation.
