I had sex 2 days before the day of and the day after my ovulation as predicted by an opk. Now on the 12th day after i had cramps and spotting. Spotting has continued for four days, light pinky brown no clots no reason to even wear a liner. What does it mean?

Could be implantation bleeding or a luteal phase defect or something else. Check a pregnancy test in a few days.
