Does fertility specialist perform ovarian surgeries for Somone who has ovarian fibroids or cysts?
That will vary among doctors. Some are more surgically oriented; others not. It will vary from some only doing strictly fertility procedures like egg retrievals; most doing surgeries related to fertility like hysteroscopies, ovarian cysts and myomectomies, some doing other gynecologic procedures as well.
You have to ask a specific doctor.
