Intraipid infusion

Can you help me?
As part of my frozen embryo transfer protocol, i have intralipid infusions every 3 weeks.
My last one was on embryo transfer day 26 jan 2016.
I was told next one should be on day on positive pregnancy result which was 9 feb 2016.
However, the dr that gives me the intralipid is on holiday so i wont get intralipid until 20 feb.
Can you advise me how long intralipid stays in system?
What effect will it have if i have it on 20 feb now?
