RPMG’s Dr. Arthur Wisot is quoted in the June 29th edition of Life & Style Magazine on Amal Clooney’s pre-pregnancy weight and its potential effect on her baby.
The article alleges that she weighed 99 pounds before conceiving at a height of about 5’8″. The greatest risk to ber baby would be that the baby could be small for gestational age and could run into problems necessitating an early delivery and prematurity. He suggested that her doctor would probably recommend she gain more weight than average, perhaps 35 pounds.
