Gestational Sac after 16 days of ET

Hi,
what is the threshold of b-hcg at which Gestational Sac can been seen?
My beta is 3414 (at day 16 of 5 day blastocyst transfer) but gyne doctor is saying she can not see sack (may be due to gasses) and i should come after 2 weeks but my IVF doctor is saying sac should appear..
