Is implantation cramping possible the same day as conception

There are not thought to be signs or symptoms of implantation since it is microscopic event including cramping.

I do not know what you mean by "conception." That could refer to a lot of events in the process.

Consult your ouija board to get an early indication if it worked. Otherwise you have to wait for the hCG level.
