I need advice

[Humadi]

Hello Doctor,
my name is Humadi,33years old.
i got married since 2013 and my wife did not get parregnant.
My semen analysis shows no sperm after that i did a biopsy the Pathology Repor shown the below result.
Gross Pathology
Two specimens were received:
1- Right testicular biopsy, totally incubated.
2- Left testicular biopsy, totally incubated.

Histology
Sections examined from both sides showed patent tubules.
The tubules are lined by sertloi cells only.
The basement membrane is thickened.
The leydig cells are average.

Diagnosis
Right and Left Testicular Biopsies;
Major Germ Cell Injury, Sertoli Cell Only Pattern.

Would you please tell me What this mean? is there a medicin to treat my case?
