I still have one frozen embryo with Reproductive Partners that I've been paying for just in case we wanted to try again. It's been 3 years since we had our fourth baby and we finally decided we are done. What are my options with this frozen embryo (I'm not interested in embryo adoption)? Do I have to come in for an appointment to figure this out? Thank you.
